Job Description:
  • Review potential fraudulent listings and users detected by the system, investigate if it is fraudulent per the process and take appropriate action
  • Verifying users and resolve claims between users
  • Should be able to process multiple emails received from members
Competency Requirements:
  • Good English communication skills - Written
  • Good knowledge of computers & internet
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
  • 2 rotational weekly offs

Work Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Job Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
