Job Description:
  • Training delivery for leadership level viz; Assistant Manager & above
  • Level 1 review of modules developed by trainers
  • Researching subject matter and building/enhancing a complete story board
  • QA/QC for testing courseware and base lining the module
  • TNA/TNI, floor observations, conversion of scanned inputs into learning objectives
  • Development of assessment centers for developed modules
  • Assist the HOD – L&D for strategizing trainings, impact measurements and augmentation of L&D assets
Competency Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving, content development, superlative delivery skills
  • Flexible to work timings Any 9 hours shift between in a 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. - 2 weekly offs
  • Should be flexible to conduct sessions on Saturdays and Sundays basis the business need

Work Experience: Minimum 6 and maximum 9 years experience in Learning & Development – delivery as well as content development

Job Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate preferably with a specialization in English Literature, Psychology. A related L&D certification would be an added advantage.
