Job Description:

Ensuring that all the team members understand and follow the client and Motif quality standards

  • To objectively assess and constructively criticize the quality of voice/phone/product skills of his/her respective team
  • Coaching and feedback as required to individual and team along with positive reinforcement
  • Handling Client and internal calibration and clarifying doubts with the client
  • To continuously review and fine-tune the quality assurance strategy to ensure that it meets business requirements and customer expectations
  • Must be able to independently handle time-sensitive and confidential documents¬†
Competency Requirements:
  • Ability to pass basic geography, analytics and communication skills test
  • Call center or customer service experience is required - strong knowledge of microsoft office systems
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Strong typing skills - strong familiarity with the internet and ability to navigate between different applications
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities - effective written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills - demonstrates proficiency in English¬†

Work Experience: 1 year

Job Qualification:
1) High school diploma required
2) College degree and travel background preferred
